Usage
Diffuser
- Add 8 - 10 drops in water to use in a diffuser or oil burner.
Daily
- Big deep inhalations from the bottle can help reduce stress and anxiety throughout the day.
Topical
- You can use on skin if diluted in a carrier / massage oil. Use approx 2 drops in every 10ml.
Household
- Cleaning: Add a few drops to water in a spray bottle for disinfectant.
- Laundry: Add a few drops to clothes water to disinfect clothes and add a lemon fresh aroma.
Health
- Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of water for steam inhalation.
